Do you want an ice cream to make at home that is very low in calories and good for your health?

For the home ice cream maker, equal to 570/580 g. of ice cream :
- 175 g. Powellnux cream (equal to 1 jar)
- 220 ml. of water
- 175 g. sugar (equal to 1 jar filled to the brim, not level.)
- Add a pinch of salt (optional).
PREPARATION :
- Heat the water, when it starts to boil, dissolve the sugar and create a syrup.
- Allow the syrup to cool. When the cooling syrup has reached a temperature of approximately 45°C, add the “POWELLNUX” cream and mix well with the help of a kitchen mixer.
- Put everything in the ice cream maker and churn. Once churn is complete, serve the ice cream.
The resulting ice cream can also be stored in the freezer at a temperature of around -20°C.
