Make your own antioxidant ice cream at home


You can make your own Powellnux antioxidant ice cream at home .

A perfect taste: chocolate, hazelnut and green tea.

For the home ice cream maker, equal to 570/580 g. of ice cream :

  • 175 g. Powellnux cream (equal to 1 jar)
  • 220 ml. of water
  • 175 g. sugar (equal to 1 jar filled to the brim, not level.)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

PREPARATION
:

  1. Heat the water, when it starts to boil add the sugar and create a syrup. Let the syrup cool to >36°C / <45°C.
  2. When the syrup has reached a temperature below 45°C, add the “POWELLNUX” cream and mix well.
  3. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn.
  4. Once churned, serve the ice cream!

If there is any left, “store in the freezer” in a closed/airtight container.
