You can make your own Powellnux antioxidant ice cream at home .
A perfect taste: chocolate, hazelnut and green tea.
For the home ice cream maker, equal to 570/580 g. of ice cream :
- 175 g. Powellnux cream (equal to 1 jar)
- 220 ml. of water
- 175 g. sugar (equal to 1 jar filled to the brim, not level.)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Powellnux: the only ice cream that prolongs life!
PREPARATION :
- Heat the water, when it starts to boil add the sugar and create a syrup. Let the syrup cool to >36°C / <45°C.
- When the syrup has reached a temperature below 45°C, add the “POWELLNUX” cream and mix well.
- Pour into the ice cream maker and churn.
- Once churned, serve the ice cream!
If there is any left, “store in the freezer” in a closed/airtight container.
