The Challenge Powellnux-Runner Training project is a scientific study aimed at evaluating the improvement in physical performance in a group of runners ( from the Runner Trainer sports association ) after a period of taking the Powellnux multifunctional food mix.
The study initially involves performing an electrocardiogram under stress to evaluate the functional capacity of each runner, then a 4-week period of taking Powellnux during normal training activity.
Each participant will take the following for breakfast every morning:
- 4 teaspoons (25 g) of Powellnux cream (on rusks or bread)
- 1 Powellnux bar 1 hour before training.
All parameters will be recorded during training and finally a second stress ECG will be performed at the end of the study (after 4 weeks) to evaluate the difference with the functional capacity at the beginning of the study.
