The (all Italian) story of Powellnux and the experience gained teach, even to a cardiologist like me, convinced of the validity of pharmacological treatments, that superfoods, if used properly, can be useful in the prevention of some diseases.
By using specific population protocols and serial laboratory evaluations, it is in fact possible to use some multifunctional foods for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and obtain a real improvement in physical well-being with a slowing down of the aging process.
Based on data from published scientific tests and those relating to patients and athletes who have started taking Powellnux with surprising results, from a functional and cardiovascular point of view – one for all, the Italian boxer Emanuele Blandamura known as Sioux, European middleweight champion, who took Powellnux during his preparation for the world title – we have started further studies (currently underway) on large samples of subjects to create new totally natural formulations.
The goal is to be able to make the best use of the properties of the superfoods used in the mixture, administering it not only as an energizer for those who do sports and otherwise, but also as a functional food capable of preventing cardiovascular diseases.
It is in fact the first scientifically tested use of Superfoods for preventive purposes. A challenge, doubly won. On the one hand, personal experience has had an impact on many of my patients who reported a positive effect of the antioxidant mixture, both as an energizer and as a valid aid in controlling blood pressure values. On the other hand, I have been able to demonstrate that there is also good that is good. And when they tell me that I am like Saint Thomas, they are not completely wrong. Because as a doctor, I always say that it is better to try (or rather experiment) than to believe.
